It is made of crisp white porcelain and is decorated with a rich green hand-painted design. The body features an Eagle with wings spread on both the front and back. The Eagle grasps a quiver of arrows in one talon, and an olive branch in the other. A banner across the bird's chest reads "Pluribus Unum".
