These exceptional antique George II sterling silver tea caddies have a circular baluster shaped form. The surface of each antique tea caddy is embellished with very sharp, finely chased floral and foliate decoration, incorporating a scroll bordered vacant cartouche to either side. The ornamentation to the body of each piece incorporates a plain applied moulded girdle. These caddies are fitted with a cylindrical push fit covers encircled with leaf decorated textures.
