Austrian lovely ceramics figurines 'Pleasant Walk' deriving from Wiener Werkstaette, designed by Susi Singer (1895 1965) circa 1920. Made circa 1921 Excellently manufactured ceramics item of most lovely shape: A male figurine, it is the father, grabs his children (a boy and a girl) by the hand and guides them. Additionally, a sausage dog (also called 'Dackel' in German-speaking countries) is visible in the foreground. Two trees and a stony bench are attached to backside. Please note: There had been made 103 sculptured figurines based on this model during period 1921-25 - this model has number 5 which means that it is VERY EARLY !
