About the Item
A fine grand scale six-sided Chinese Chippendale lantern. The pagoda style roof with finely carved tile decoration surmounted by a carved finial above a large dentil moulding. The main body of the lantern with fine glazed panels and one glazed opening door. The base with geometric glazing surrounded with a carved floral wreath detail. Finished in specialist aged gesso. Bespoke finishing available.
