About the Item

A beautifully handcrafted “Anacapa” wall sconce by Steven Handelman Studios, dated October 2007. This Spanish Revival-style fixture features a hexagonal wrought iron frame with hand-forged scrollwork over clear seeded glass panels. The top is crowned with a distinctive loop finial, and the base is adorned with elegant curled iron feet and a central round finial. The door-style front panel with latch allows easy access for bulb changes. Finished in a dark patina, this sconce evokes old-world charm while providing durable function. It is UL listed for wet locations, making it suitable for exterior use on porches, patios, and entryways, or as a rustic interior accent. The backplate retains the original UL certification and Steven Handelman Studios label. A striking example of artisan craftsmanship from this highly regarded California studio.
