- Condition:Very very good. Chalk finish to wood is intentionally distressed. Upholstery is new. The cushion measurements are 62" wide at the back, 66" wide in the front and 22" deep. Seat height is 21" Top of arm is 30" Floor to lowest part of the back is 9".
