19th Century ebonised and gilt mounted open bookcase having foliage gilt decoration throughout. The quarter gallery top with moulded edge, over an ornate gilt egg and floral scrolling design mounted on the frieze. Above three adjustable shelves, flanked by fluted columns with scrolling foliated mounts. All raised up on plinth base.
