Phyllis Morris "Franciscan" Commode
About the Item
Excellent small cabinet in distressed wood and resin with an aged silver leaf finish by Phyllis Morris. Wood has been sand blasted, primed in red lacquer and then silver leafed. Silver leaf then sanded out to reveal the wood, red lacquer and parcel silver leaf. Front doors are applied with cast resin parcel silver leafed corbels.
