An impressive antique extendable dining table crafted from elm wood and originating from Tuscany, Italy.
When fully closed, the table has a round top measuring 135 cm / 53.1 in in diameter, with folding drop leaves that allow the table to become even more compact when not in use.
The table comes with five separate extension leaves, each measuring 44 cm / 17.3 in, which can be added individually to achieve the desired size. With all five extensions in place, the table reaches an impressive total length of approximately 355 cm / 139.8 in, transforming into a large oval dining table capable of seating many guests.
The table is supported by elegant turned elmwood legs, with additional support legs that provide stability when the table is extended.
The elm retains a beautiful aged patina, with natural grain, variations in tone, and minor signs of wear consistent with its age and use, which enhance the piece's authentic character.
A highly versatile and distinctive Tuscan dining table...
