Neapolitan Empire period mahogany serving cart / trolley with broad recessed serving area for food service or bar with ormolu decorative carnival scene of putti and garlanded lamb, emblematic of the Carnivale - Mardi Gras season before Lent; with pair columned supports with gilt bronze capitals and bases joined by a further tray with raised gallery stretcher for after dinner liqueurs and glasses all on outsplayed curving legs with original mahogany casters; a very handsome drinks tray/ serving trolley. Italy, 1820’s.
