This monumental dining table, crafted in Europe during the 1970s, is a striking piece of 20th century design. The round table top of this piece is made in an edge-grain type of way, solid wood strips are joined together. This provides both strength and beauty, as the continuous grain flows across the top. The round pedestal base is a perfect complement to the round top, creating a harmonious and pleasing design.
