Original US International film poster for Star Wars 1977. The film was directed by George Lucas and starred Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher. The artwork on this poster is by Tom Jung (b.1942) This poster was printed in two sheets, and designed to be pasted onto billboards. Therefore only unused examples survived.
This poster is conservation linen backed and it would be shipped rolled in a very strong tube and sent byFederal Express.
