About the Item

Original US Lobby card number 5 for White Heat 1949. This film was directed by Raoul Walsh, and stars James Cagney, Virginia Mayo and Edmond O'Brien. Cagney was synonymous with gangster roles as he had played these parts since Public Enemy in 1931. He gives a great portrayal as the gangster as 'Cody' Jarrett, with his memorable line 'made it Ma, top of the world!' This is the best card from the set.The size given is before framing. This piece is conservation framed with UV plexiglass in a Tulip wood frame with acid free card mounts. It would be shipped boxed and set by Federal Express.
