Victorian 15k Etruscan Bangle Bracelet
About the Item
A gorgeous gold bangle bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Crafted in vibrant 15k yellow gold, this bangle is decorated with intricate Etruscan wirework and raised details. The square-shaped centerpiece of the bracelet is square-shaped, features six blooming flower motifs, braided wirework, and three-dimensional round balls. The centerpiece is bordered on both sides by curling details, which are also adorned with Etruscan detailing. The remainder of the bangle is smooth and simple, and features a thin, cutout design. The bracelet secure with a hidden push clasp, and features a safety chain for additional security. A truly magnificent example of Victorian-era craftsmanship, this bangle would make a fantastic addition to any antique jewelry collection!
Measurement: The surface of the bracelet measures slightly less 3/4" at its widest point. The inside opening (where your wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 3/8" wide and 1 7/8" tall.
Condition: The overall condition of this bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or raised Etruscan details. The hidden push clasp and additional safety chain are both secure and in working order.

The large scale of this stunning bracelet indicates that it was created for a very wealthy individual, likely to commemorate a Grand Tour voyage.
