These vintage Piaget men cufflinks use One Gunayh 22k gold coins as their central feature, in an 18k gold setting. The coins show detailed Arabic script and motifs. The fine milgrain edge on the coins adds a detail that complements the structured look of the mount. The setting of these gold cufflinks is minimal -- just four clean prongs hold each coin in place.
