A late Victorian aquamarine and diamond-set brooch/pendant, centrally-set with an oval-shaped faceted aquamarine, surrounded by delicate openwork diamond-set frame of laurel garlands, ribbon ties and foliate motifs, suspending a pear-shaped aquamarine drop, the yellow gold-set aquamarines estimated to weigh a total of 6.8 carats, the diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 1.3 carats, all set in silver to a yellow gold mount, with detachable necklace and brooch fitting, circa 1890, measuring approximately 4.9x4.6cm, gross weight 19 grams.
