A fine and impressive antique George V 9 karat yellow gold pocket watch; part of our diverse antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique pocket watch has been crafted in 9k yellow gold. This antique pocket watch is fitted with a circular antique white face ornamented with black hour Roman numerals and encircled with a plain black chapter ring of minute markers. The watch face further incorporates a seconds subdial to the lower portion. The manual wind watch is fitted with blue steel watch hands; these functional hands are operated by drawing the winder out and turning accordingly. The watch face is framed within a plain yellow gold case, accented with a ribbed crown/winder to one side. The pocket watch features a plain ring loop attachment, conjoining the body to either side of the winder. The watch face is visible via an incorporated push fit catch; operated by depressing the crown/winder. The push fit caseback opens to reveal a plain compartment, to allow a personal memento to be stored within if so desired.
