The AETHERIUS Collection
AETHERIUS is a realm in the sky shaped by faceted terrain and kaleidoscopic vegetation. I envision the abundance and tranquility that nature brings. Despite its vibrant surroundings, it is a place of reflection and solitude.
While the majority of AETHERIUS is composed by hand, parts of the realm are algorithmically generated. The design development of AETHERIUS took 5 months and is composed of 50K meshes and 25 GB of production data.
I hope this collection inspires us to explore the endless possibilities of our imagination.
The collector of ACQUA will receive their very own official limited edition signed print of the piece.
Victoria Fard is an award winning artist based in Canada specializing in architecture and digital technologies. Fard’s digital art works are deeply rooted in her Persian and Filipino heritage. Fard integrates elements produced with generative tools and other media to create fantastical 3D worlds and sculptures. Her work explores the themes of nature and heritage with the hope of preserving them and connecting people through immersive forms of storytelling. Fard’s work has been exhibited at Art Basel Miami, The Ontario Science Centre, Frieze L.A., and at galleries and immersive spaces in New York, Los Angeles, Denver, Amsterdam and Zürich.
