Aspen One

This four-bedroom, 4,000 SF residential gem embraces the ethos of Aspen through slope-side access to the iconic 1A chairlift, luxurious finishes, and panoramic views of the peaks beyond. A dramatic interior renovation took place to modify the consistency of the palate to better reflect the individuality of the client’s aspiration, lifestyle, and personality. A mountain modern theme was carried throughout with dark wallpaper and textures, leather accents, hard edges, and mixed metals. None of the conveniences expected from a luxury home were overlooked, including but not limited to a private elevator to travel the four-story residence, a sound and security control system, a custom rooftop hot tub, motorized shades, steam showers, and a built-in cappuccino/espresso bar. Each room has an abundance of custom furniture and finishes to illuminate a unique sense of place among the soaring, snow-capped peaks. Traditional boundaries between the built structure and its surroundings are purposefully blurred, forcing the clients to experience the site and nature.
