This is a renovation and interior design of an existing 1920’s Spanish Colonial residence. The building improvements included adding a new rear loggia, remodeling, and enlarging the kitchen, remodeling the second-floor bedrooms and bathrooms and re configuring of the master suite. Hajj opted to go with an a-typical look that respects the Spanish Colonial architecture yet throws a reference to a more traveled and collected feel. This project was a collaboration between architect, Marc Appleton and our interior design studio, Mona Hajj Interiors.
