High above Miami, this Elysee residence is reimagined through a full-scale high-rise renovation focused on clarity, flow, and restraint.
Wood paneling, plaster, and continuous flooring create consistency throughout, extending to the terraces. Furnishings draw from Austrian modernism, mid-century and Japanese influences, keeping the space grounded and intentional.
The layout is opened and refined, with a redesigned kitchen, a reconfigured primary suite, and sliding doors that allow spaces to shift and connect.
