About STUDIO SANTOS
Studio Santos is a Miami-based design studio working across interiors and architecture, with projects throughout the U.S. and Latin America. Each space is approached with a collector’s eye, balancing sculptural form with texture and layering pieces that feel personal, lived-in, and enduring.
Founded by Gregory Santos, the studio brings together design, hospitality, and financial discipline. The work is hands-on, guiding each project from concept through completion with clarity and care.
There is no fixed style. Some homes lean warm and modern, shaped by custom millwork and vintage finds. Others feel more immersive, where architecture and landscape begin to blur. What carries through is a focus on craft, restraint, and emotional resonance.
Recent work includes waterfront residences in Miami, restorations of pre-war homes in Miami Beach, a bayfront penthouse, private homes in San Francisco and Park City, the renovation of a historic 1920s home, and the renovation of the VaynerX New York headquarters.
For Studio Santos, luxury is less about excess and more about precision, intention, and how a space ultimately feels.
