This was a gut renovation of a 1932 home in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The electrical was knob and tube, the insulation and plumbing were ancient and their was no sense of flow. The third floor had ceilings only 6'2" high so we took them back to the rafters and got a clearance of 10"! Huge undertaking and worth it ! The results are beautiful.
