Hidden amid the lush tropical foliage of Puerto Rico’s San Patricio neighborhood, this grand estate encapsulates a family’s history and elegant style. The owners had renovated the structure in the 1970’s when they first acquired the property. The time had come for a renovation project that would restore and rejuvenate the interior and exterior while at the same time making the property easier to maintain. Solis Betancourt and Sherrill's goal was to update the property while respecting the existing style that had become emblematic of the family’s history and sense of tradition.
