Jefferson

The Jefferson project is located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The project was a dated condo with bad finishes with a closed off kitchen and a cutout passthrough bar. The gut rehab included all new character grade white oak, wide plank floors, a new fireplace, kitchen remodel, and a new bathroom. KitchenLab Interiors went all out on the classic black and white palette, making this space appear much larger than it actually is - opening up the kitchen to the living space helped as well. This is a great example of how new flooring can really transform a space! Custom cabinetry, finishes, and fixtures provided by KLI.
