Beach House by Paul Hardy Design Inc. in ON, CA
This custom built lake house and interiors was designed by Paul Hardy in 2018. The clients wanted a legacy build for their family of 5 children, as well as a partial retirement property that is used 1/3 of the year to entertain extended family and friends. The furnishings were a combination of antiques from dealers on 1stdibs, as well as pieces from the owner's private collection that Hardy refurbished for them during the design process. This 5000 sq ft home sits on the lake in Muskoka Ontario. It includes 2500 square feet of outdoor decks as well as a 1500 sq ft docks and custom boat port. This was all constructed in a staggering 10months with 65 workers at one given time.
