Downtown meets uptown in this New York City penthouse. Drawing inspiration from the 1930’s, this Flatiron District loft was given an uptown makeover incorporating classic details such as fluted columns, scalloped chair rails, deep crown moldings and even silver leaf ceilings. The view outside the windows provided the inspiration for the color palette - the rich reds of the bricks, the green patina on the copper details of the buildings and the ever-changing blue of the New York skies.
