One Manhattan Square

One Manhattan Square is a residential skyscraper project developed by Extell Development Company in theTwo Bridges neighborhood of Manhattan,New York City. Built from 2014 to 2019, it’s located on the lower east side of New York at the base of the Manhattan Bridge. It’s a new 72-story tall residential skyscraper with panoramic views overlooking the East River, Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey and Long Island. The area where the new building is located is at the base of Chinatown with great local hidden gems of old New York and also conveniently located just across the river from the hottest spots on the Brooklyn waterfront. Jamie Bush + Co. was hired to design the largest model residence in the building -- a three bedroom, three and a half bath 2,400 s.f. penthouse.

Using a playful exchange of varied textures and colors in both warm and cool tones, Jamie Bush + Co. created a luxe, modern environment with a casual California feel in this high end urban residence in Manhattan.
