Pool House

This pool house is newly constructed and was conceived as two stacked stone structures joined by a massive porch. The decision to enclose the porch with seamless slide away doors was made in order to offer the clients year round use. The pool house was designed to take full advantage of the properties incredible mountain views and to maximize indoor/ outdoor living so admired about Southern California. Comprised of a spacious living room, full kitchen, guest room with en-suite bath, a pilates studio and changing room complete with a luxurious steam shower. With the 13’ high doors opened, the living room and kitchen become part of the outdoors and the patio part of the pool house itself. This well-appointed escape from the main house features luxe fabrics, high-end materials, custom designed furniture pieces and impeccable finishes that can also withstand the elements. A serene color palette was used throughout to calm the eye. The furnishings were designed to insure aesthetic admiration, to offer ultimate comfort and to encourage relaxation. We have created an ideal, personalized retreat, a family gathering space and the perfect venue for entertaining, in or out of the pool.
