Red Rock

Set against the dramatic red rock landscape of Southern Utah, this 18,000-square-foot private residence was completed in the spring of 2024. Conceived as a retreat for both recreation and gathering, the expansive property features a custom 50-foot swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and basketball court, and a private outdoor pickleball court. Eight generously appointed guest suites, each featuring a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, offer an elevated level of comfort and hospitality. The ambitious scale of the project presented a unique set of challenges, from navigating stringent HOA architectural guidelines to accommodating an evolving construction schedule. Through close collaboration and thoughtful coordination between the design and construction teams, these complexities were met with creative solutions and a shared commitment to realizing the home's vision. The result is a thoughtfully executed residence that balances architectural ambition, refined interiors, and an exceptional setting.
