Sadelle's

Interior Design and branding for Major Food Group’s famed bakery and restaurant, Sadelle’s, in Soho. Ken's first project for the notable group, he conceived the entire “bagel theater” concept including the staff’s iconic uniforms and their “Hot Bagel’s!” procession from exhibition kitchen to deli counter. The design, branding, and food has made Sadelle’s a coveted destination by locals and tourists alike.
