After years of living with an outdated kitchen our clients wanted a modern day family room and open kitchen with room for large family gatherings and game playing. We moved the kitchen to the end of the space creating room around the large breakfast table and new island. The family room has a long sofa and comfortable seating and a wall of custom bookshelves.
