Tribeca Loft

A successful young executive engaged us for a full-scale renovation of a 4,000 sq. ft loft in Tribeca in New York City. She wanted an apartment which would not only reflect her specific tastes but feature a lot of customized details. Emphasis was on detailed millwork and high-end finishes throughout. Bespoke wood window treatments, a lacquered ceiling, walls paneled in white oak, black marble baseboards, and a special updated and modernized light and ventilation system inspired by traditional Indian jali screens. We also carefully designed her library shelving to display books and a vast ceramics collection. We took full advantage of the abundant light and beautiful views from oversized windows to create a showcase home where what you experienced inside the home rivaled the amazing cityscape outside.
