Upper East Side Home

For this project, Michelle Gerson, in collaboration with Lichten Architects, oversaw a complete renovation of an apartment, which previously existed as two separate units and still felt that way. The goal was to rework the floor plan, making it feel as if it had always been one large apartment, and creating a luxe, yet comfortable home that was organic in its color tones and elements, while also being “city chic.”
