Vacation Home by Avery Cox Design in Charlotte, VT
Handbuilt by Carl L. Bausch, Jr. in 1968, the property features a main house and a studio for his artist wife. While an innovative structure with amazing light, scale, and setting, the home needed lots of work. We set off on a journey to thoughtfully update this architectural gem to fit its new role as a family home and Airbnb in the verdant and charming town of Charlotte, VT.
