W Penthouse

Sitting high in the Dallas sky, the W Penthouse is elegant and refined. The curved plaster walls, soft-toned limestone and oak flooring create a tranquil backdrop to view the Dallas city skyline. These views, including buildings by Rem Koolhaus, IM Pei and Norman Foster are also graced by two beautiful Santiago Calatrava Bridges on the south western side of the home. The central corridor leads to several metal-framed doors with pixilated glass panels that ombre from opaque to transparent. These doors, beautiful and functional, slide shut to create more intimate spaces or open to create a flowing, spacious environment, perfect for entertaining.
