How can I authenticate real leopard fur?

To authenticate real leopard fur, first examine the look and feel of the coat. Leopard coats are tawny, with the inside of the black rosettes being darker than the rest of the coat. Fake fur will feel rough and coarse, with real fur feeling smoother and softer.
