Is Invicta a real company?

Yes, Invicta is a real company. Raphael Picard founded the watchmaking company in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, in 1837. In the 1980s, Invicta filed for bankruptcy and was sold off and shuttered. In 1991, a group of American investors purchased and revived the company, only to sell it to the Swiss company Glycine in April 2016. On 1stDibs, find a diverse assortment of watches.
