A fine Japanese Meiji style charger, plate or dish. Hand crafted, this charger plate is adorned with a polychrome scene with a beautiful yellow bird and a rose. There is also a blossoming flower and trees on the turquoise base made in the Cloisonne technique. The border features traditional foliage, and floral motifs made in the same technique.
