A sink cabinet is also known as a sink base cabinet or a dry sink cabinet. They're meant to be used in conjunction with a sink. Sink cabinets typically do not have drawers to avoid interfering with the pipes beneath the sink, although they may have faux drawer fronts to match the furniture's design.
