The apron is flat on the sides and its edge is scalloped on three sides. The top is made of two boards with hand-carved ogee edge.

The top has a lovely beveled edge, and follows down to simple sides, also with lovely grained walnut and applied moldings to give a nice depth to the piece.

Traces of use along the edge of the plate. Engraved in very good condition.
