Georges Lambert ( French, 1919-1998) was a French painter and lithographer devoted to vibrant coloration of landscapes, figure studies, seascapes, and harbor scenes, in a semi modernist style. He studied at the Academie de la Grande Chamiere, Paris, where he worked under Othon Friesz. Lambert exhibited throughout France, and internationally in countries such as Germany, Italy, England, and the United States.
