19th century Chinese Altar table. Exceptional Altar table of walnut wood (Hetao Mu) in black lacquer having a solid one piece plank top with everted flanges presenting to the sky above. The top apron scalloped with cloud carved spandrels set to sides of reeded column legs terminating to joined feet with carved arrow to sky strut detail.
