3-D hand cut geometric abstract by listed artist Anne Youkeles (1920-) Austrian /American, trained in both the United States and Vienna, She studied at Ohio State University in the United States, and at the Kunstgewerbe Schule de Vienna, in Austria. This art work is a combination of a silk screened base with the paper hand cut and folding creating the 3-D effect. The primary colors are a gray base with purple, green, orange and aqua marine. The background are bands of solid and finer gray stripes against the diamond patterns. Framed in a custom handmade aluminum frame with the corners welded smooth and polished protected with UV acrylic over the art work.
