Barbara Nahmad is an Italian artist, born in Milan, in 1967, where she currently lives and works. She is a graduate of the Accademia delle Belle Arti of Brera, in Milan, where she earned her diploma in 1990. Her work has been exhibited, among others, in solo shows at the Studio Cannaviello, in Milan, at the Ermanno Tedeschi Gallery, in Turin, Rome and Tel Aviv and at the Jewish Museum, in Bologna. She has also participated in collective exhibitions in various prestigious venues, such as the PAC and Palazzo Reale, in Milan, the Venice Art Biennale and more recently, at the Fondazione Re Rebaudengo, in Turin and the Fondazione Cini, in Venice.
