Moby 1 Table Lamp by Brigitte Due Madsen & Jonas Trampedach for Karakter
By Birgitte Due Madsen
Located in Berlin, DE
Moby is an extraordinarily sculptural table lamp. Filled with intriguing contrasts, it balances a soft and comforting light with a striking, futuristic design. The void in the main element creates a small cap in which the light source is enclosed. When Moby is on, the soft light unfolds and illuminates the cavity, immediately drawing the attention to the organic curves. In 2016, Birgitte Due Madsen and Jonas Trampedach received the prestigious Silver Hetsch medal for Moby, the highest recognition available from the Danish Art and Crafts Movement...

Minimalist Candle Holder - Pillar Candle
By Birgitte Due Madsen
Located in Lisboa, Lisboa
LEVE candleholders, a creation by the renowned designer Birgitte Due Madsen, are inspired not only by her former work centered around geometry and abstract sculptural fragments, but also the old Italian masters like Tobia Scarpa, futuristic architecture and brutalism. The designer scaled her sculptures to smaller pieces and gave them direct function and purpose, seeing them as fragments that can be pulled apart. LEVE candleholders are available in three sizes – for tealights, pillar candles...

Pavilion is very excited to continue its dialogue with contemporary French design and welcomes Jonas Fernando Pires to Pavilions contemporary collection. Born in Paris in 1987, Jonas Fernando Pires quickly showed a particular attraction for architecture. He produced his first works at the age of 20 years and created a collection of furniture.
