This original 1950's tulle dress in the most breathtaking shade of coral tulle, embellished with trailing silk velvet and rayon corsage flowers, is a truly breathtaking piece to add to your vintage collection. The sweetheart neckline of the dress is framed by thin rayon shoulder straps, which are concealed by a stylised tulle shoulder wrap, which is sewn in along the front of the right hand shoulder strap, contouring the shoulder line and nape, to join the front of the left hand side shoulder strap with concealed press stud fastenings. The sweetheart neckline is accented by a curved border of corsage flowers along the right hand side, trailing diagonally along the bodice to join the side seam beneath the left hand side of the bust-line. The fitted and bone bodice boasts a rayon lining, upon which a layer of soft coral tulle pleats in a cross over design, finishing in a flutter of pleated tulle along the left hand side seam.
