David van der Linden Figurative Paintings
Dutch, b. 1968
David van der Linden is born in the south of Holland. He studied art at the 'Classical Academy of Arts' in Groningen. During his study h weent for a Scholarship to St Petersburg where he studied at the' Imperial Academy of Arts' in the 'Repin Workshop'.
After his graduation in 2019 his paintings all where sold, so a good start for him as an artist. In the first year (before Covid ended the art fairs) his work was on ' The Affordable Art Fair' in Amsterdam. His work was published in 2020 en 2021 in 'Your Daily Male Calendar'.
David van der Linden had exhibitions:

Calvin Lai's art is a mixture of medicine, meditation, and personal growth. He found early on that drawing was something he loved, and to make a picture appear lifelike became his goal. Through constantly drawing, his work began to breath, and his fascination with value and perspective led Calvin to become a student of realism. Eventually he moved from where he grew up in Los Angeles to San Francisco. There he studied drawing and printmaking at San Francisco State University.
