Excerpted from the folio, This edition of Music, Deep Rivers in my Soul consists of CD examples printed on Somerset paper. Dan Carr and Julia Ferrari designed the typography. Cast the Spectrum and Romulus type in metal, handset the type and printed the text at Golgonooza Letter Foundry and Press in Ashuelot, New Hampshire.
