Having a flamboyant shaped high flaring back that resembles the fanned feathers of the bird after which it's named, this rare chair features large rolled arms and an hourglass shaped base. In fine original condition with a beautifully aged original rich surface color patina, this chair is part of a set that includes the chair and a very rare Peacock rocker, probably custom made in the South of France.
